St. Cecilia Parish boundaries encompass roughly 30 square miles today, from Tile Flat Road and Scholls Ferry Road on the South to Center Street and Baseline Road on the North, and from Laurelwood and 87th Avenue on the East to 229th Avenue and Jacktown Road on the West.

The modern, substantial buildings of the parish are a far cry from a converted cheese factory and farther still from an unused blockhouse where the Catholic community of the area got its start a century ago.
