Ambassadors is a parish teen leadership team designed to empower our parish teens and foster SERVANT LEADERSHIP withinim them. Our team is made up of Confirmed high school youth who are committed to utilizing the gifts of the Holy Spirit they've received to further their faith, serve St. Cecilia and their community, and strengthen their leadership skills.

Ambassadors is designed to fit the often hectic life of a high schooler. We meet as a group 3-4 times a year. In addition to receiving leadership skills and building our resume, Ambassadors explore how we can put our faith in action as teens today.

What we do:

• offer ourselves in service to St. Cecilia, primarily youth ministry. This translates to assisting where able:
  • parish service projects
  • faith formation family days
  • our Confirmation retreat
  • middle school youth group
  • liturgies- being a Eucharistic minister, lector, usher, singer, etc.
  • wherever else an ambassdor might be called to serve within the parish
• offer ourselves in service to each other by:
  • simply spending time with each other in friendship and in a relaxed social setting during our meetings
  • praying with and for each other
  • holding each other accountable in our spiritual lives
• offer ourselves in service to God by:
  • ultimately committing ourselves to deepening our relationship with God
  • putting God first in all we doing, doing everything for the greater glory of God!
