Sacrament preparation- grades 9-12

Second and Fourth Wednesday of the Month (Please check the calendar)

Basic Requirements:

1. Be a St. Cecilia Register Parishioner (Register Here)
2. Complete the registration form. (Registration Here)
3. Attendance to Sunday Mass and Holy Days of obligations at St. Cecilia Parish. (after 3 unexcused abscent will be droped)
4. Attendance to Sacrament Preparation Classes From Sept 2024 to May 2025 Second and Fourth Wednesday of the Month of the month (4 unexcused abscents allowed)
5. Attendance in to Youth Group is not required but recommended. Every Sunday at 4:00 PM
6. Copy of the Baptism Certificate by the day of registration.
7. Copy of the First Communion Certificate by the day of registration.
8. Community and Parish service are required. (Information Here)
9. Sponsor Form by October 30th, 2024 (Click Here)
10. Complete all required Home Work and quizzes.
11. Saint Name Worksheet by October 30th, 2024 (Google Form Here)
12. Participate in the Weekend Retreat Feb 28th to March 2nd
13. 500 words Essay “Why do I want to be Confirmed?” by March 30th, 2025 (Guidelines will be provided)
14. Make a payment of $200 on registration. (Payment most be received no later than Oct 1, 2024

Requerimientos básicos:

1. Sea un feligrés registrado de Santa Cecilia (Regístrese aquí)
2. Complete el formulario de registro / o inscripción. (Regístrese aquí)
3. Asistencia a Misa Dominical y Días Santos de Obligaciones en la Parroquia Santa Cecilia. 
4. Asistencia a Clases de Preparación Sacramentos de Septiembre 2024 a Mayo 2025 2do y 4to Miércoles del Mes
5. La asistencia al grupo de jóvenes no es obligatoria, pero se recomienda. Todos los domingos a las 4:00 p.m.
6. Copia del Acta de Bautismo al día de la inscripción.
7. Copia del Certificado de Primera Comunión al día de la inscripción.
8. Se requieren "horas" de servicio comunitario y parroquial. (Mas información aqui)
9. Formulario de patrocinio antes del 30 de octubre de 2024 (haga clic aquí)
10. Hoja de trabajo del nombre del santo antes del 30 de octubre de 2024 (enlace del formulario de Google)
11. Ensayo de 500 palabras “¿Por qué quiero ser Confirmado?” antes del 30 de marzo de 2025 (se proporcionarán pautas)
12. Realizar un pago al registrarse.
